For our client, an international organisation based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to strengthen a strategic initiative aimed at accelerating and optimising the corporate financial close.
Deine Skills
You bring at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance environment
You have a strong technical foundation, ideally with SAP FI-CO and group reporting knowledge
You analyse processes, think end-to-end and know Process Mapping Methods
You have practical experience applying AI, automation, robotics or lean methodologies to optimise financial or operational processes
You combine a technical and business-oriented mindset, work precisely and efficiently
You are fluent in English, German is an advantage
Deine Aufgaben
You work closely with Corporate Center finance stakeholders to examine financial closing activities and identify optimisation levers
You document current workflows, uncover manual pain points and determine where automation or AI adoption can add value
You assess data sources, system dependencies and define required technical or data-related changes
You translate insights into clear specifications for IT, data, AI and delivery teams
You support process redesign initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across functions
You collaborate on implementation activities with cross-functional teams, both onshore and offshore, and ensure alignment throughout the enhancement lifecycle
