For our client, an international organisation based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to strengthen a strategic initiative aimed at accelerating and optimising the corporate financial close.
Deine Skills
  • You bring at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance environment
  • You have a strong technical foundation, ideally with SAP FI-CO and group reporting knowledge
  • You analyse processes, think end-to-end and know Process Mapping Methods
  • You have practical experience applying AI, automation, robotics or lean methodologies to optimise financial or operational processes
  • You combine a technical and business-oriented mindset, work precisely and efficiently
  • You are fluent in English, German is an advantage
Deine Aufgaben
  • You work closely with Corporate Center finance stakeholders to examine financial closing activities and identify optimisation levers
  • You document current workflows, uncover manual pain points and determine where automation or AI adoption can add value
  • You assess data sources, system dependencies and define required technical or data-related changes
  • You translate insights into clear specifications for IT, data, AI and delivery teams
  • You support process redesign initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across functions
  • You collaborate on implementation activities with cross-functional teams, both onshore and offshore, and ensure alignment throughout the enhancement lifecycle
