For our client, an international insurance based in Zurich, we are looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) for a temporary project. The goal is to ensure risk oversight in a clear and straightforward way, while fostering a culture of risk awareness and responsible risk-taking. Additionally, the project manages the transition activities to guarantee readiness for all 9,000 global users.
Deine Skills
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • You possess basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • You are capable of prioritizing tasks and working independently as well as in a team
  • You have strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • You are self-motivated and proactive
Deine Aufgaben
  • Support the Transformation Project Manager as a PMO and maintain project management activities during parental leave
  • Manage project and program administration within Group Risk Management
  • Organize team meetings and workshop logistics
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation
  • Develop and maintain project plans
  • Prepare project status reports and financial forecasts as part of project control
  • Document and track project risks, issues, action logs, and project deliverable
