On behalf of our client, an internationally active bank, we are seeking an Investment Guideline Migration Specialist (Aladdin) for a fixed-term project, starting immediately. You will support the migration of investment guidelines and compliance rules to a new target platform and play a key role in ensuring a high-quality implementation.
Deine Skills
  • You have extensive experience in the areas of investment guidelines, compliance monitoring or portfolio compliance within the financial sector
  • You have experience with Aladdin or comparable investment management and compliance systems and understand the interrelationships between regulatory frameworks, portfolios, and control processes
  • You have practical knowledge of analyzing, configuring, and implementing investment guidelines as well as regulatory and client-specific restrictions
  • You work in a structured, quality-conscious manner and identify risks, dependencies, and complex issues early on
  • You excel in communication and teamwork and collaborate successfully with both internal and external stakeholders
  • You are fluent in English, French is a plus
Deine Aufgaben
  • You will analyze existing investment policies and restrictions to fully understand their business objectives and control logic and implement them correctly
  • You will configure and implement compliance rules within the target platform and ensure their correct technical implementation
  • You will conduct functional tests, compare results between the source and target systems, and assess the quality and consistency of the implemented rules
  • You will maintain restrictions in the relevant systems, assign them to the appropriate portfolios and ensure they are fully covered
  • You participate in quality control and review processes, identify problems early on, and proactively escalate risks or obstacles
  • You support ongoing documentation, the expansion of the central set of rules, as well as training and knowledge sharing within the project environment
