For our client, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for an experienced Head of Medical Function to start immediately.

Deine Skills

Over 7 years of experience in leading and developing medical functions across various countries or globally
Experience in talent development in the areas of Clinical Development, Drug Safety, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Affairs
Strong knowledge in internal and external budget planning
Ability to establish and maintain a culture of the highest ethical standards for medical activities
Experience in decision-making to ensure product safety and medical information, as well as providing services to the company and external customers

Deine Aufgaben

Lead, develop, and direct the medical function in a region, various countries, or with global responsibility
Manage the talent pool by ensuring people development in all medical and related functions
Provide management support to other business and client functions, as well as other business initiatives and processes
Foster business growth and sustainability by managing medical and clinical processes and activities in alignment with the overall client strategy
Decide on and actively support the implementation of medical strategy, tailored to the special needs of the region, various countries, or globally
Ensure communication between the medical and marketing organization
