For our client, an expert in personalized diagnostics, medical software, and life sciences, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist 100% based in Le Mont-sur-Lausanne.
Deine Skills
  • Higher education in IT or electronics (minimum ES/ET level), with a strong interest in technology and the medical field
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments and networks
  • Excellent listening skills, ability to understand user needs, and communicate clearly and courteously
  • Proficient in data processing, especially using PowerQuery
  • Autonomous, responsible, team-oriented, and solution-focused
  • Resilient to stress, able to maintain composure and prioritize in demanding situations
  • Fluent in French (oral and written), with good knowledge of English and/or German. Italian is a plus
Deine Aufgaben
  • Provide telephone support (1st and 2nd level) to users
  • Deliver high-quality technical and functional support
  • Participate in end-user training on the use of Axenita
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness
  • Occasionally assist in the installation of IT solutions (software & hardware)
