For an insurance client in Zurich we are looking for an IT Service & Support Engineer for a four-month project.
Deine Skills
  • Experience in application and network support, incident management, and IT asset management
  • Certificate ICT Supporter or similar
  • Broad customer focus with a passion and drive for customer satisfaction and delivering business values
  • Ability to work independently, showcasing a strong work ethic but also to work collaboratively, sharing knowledge and insights
  • Proficiency in English and German with excellent communication skills
Deine Aufgaben
  • Take care of the walk-in IT support
  • Teams support for home-office workers
  • Loan equipment service and Stock management
  • Repairs of devices
  • Onboarding of new joiners and equip them with hardware
