For a pharma-client we are looking for a Receptionist / Customer Service Representative in Basel with a 60% workload.
Deine Skills
  • Experience in a receptionist or administrative support role, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Competence in using standard office equipment and software, including MS Office
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations, such as when dealing with dissatisfied customers
  • English and German fluent
Deine Aufgaben
  • Greet and assist visitors and staff by issuing badges, maintaining visitor logs and preparing materials for new staff
  • Clerical tasks and managing incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
  • Organize parking facilities and distribute travel documents as required
  • Word processing, filing and assisting in meeting room or seminar preparations incl. organize catering facilities
  • Manage telephony, ensuring calls are routed efficiently and inquiries are handled professionally
  • Assist in the implementation of the company's Security & Safety Concept and participate in relevant training
  • Ensure timely replenishment of office supplies (e.g., stationery), assist with procurement and storage, and handle distribution to staff
  • Attend the reception Team Meeting weekly (Basel/Zürich team)
