For a temporary contract with an insurance-client in Zurich we are looking for a Change Manager.
Deine Skills
4+ years experience as a change manager in global projects, with a proven track record in delivering change and product rollouts within a virtual environment
Ability to plan, set up, and execute UAT in collaboration with business and IT teams
Demonstrated experience in managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new software products across multiple countries
Experience creating multimedia training content (demo videos, interactive guides)
Certifications in Change Management (Prosci, ACMP etc.) and Project Management (PMP, Prince2) are an advantage
Experience in the finance industry, preferably insurance
Strong presentation skills and capability of communicating clearly and confidently
Problem-solving mindset and high proficiency in standard business software
Fluency in English, German is a plus

Planning and communicating the testing and rollout plan (in presentation format) to in-scope countries
Communication of Policy IQ capabilities and roadmap to all countries
Collect testing feedback from UWs in BUs to inform further enhancement of Policy IQ
Supporting country engagement to understand how Policy IQ will be incorporated into existing processes in each BU
Determining the optimal training approach and supporting with developing training materials (e.g., demo videos, user guide) and conducting training sessions
Creating comms materials for country rollouts
Monitoring usage and strongly engaging with the local country networks to provide guidance and support to help drive local country adoption
Supporting with gathering evidence and articulating business benefits to key stakeholders
