You bring 5+ years of hands‑on experience as a Business Analyst or subject matter expert in global transformation programmes and feel comfortable in agile, multicultural environments
You capture complex business needs, structure them clearly and translate them into functional IT specifications, always keeping quality, timelines and delivery in focus
You work proactively, take full ownership of your topics and bring strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills
You communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g. IT or business information) and combine business acumen with technical understanding; fluency in English is required, knowledge of the insurance sector or German is an advantage

You will contribute to the design and implementation of a strategic project which allows global Commercial Insurance underwriters to asses and price policies on a end-to-end underwirting-platform
You analyse business objectives and existing processes to ensure strategic alignment and validate business requirements
You lead requirement workshops and interviews, define target processes and turn them into functional solution concepts
You contribute to the evaluation of solution options and work closely with architects and developers to ensure successful implementation
You take end‑to‑end responsibility for assigned topics, including dependencies, planning, testing support and contributions to change and training activities
You support backlog management and participate in post‑implementation tasks such as documentation and stabilisation
