For an insurance client we are seeking an experienced IT business analyst for a long-term project to support a global pricing tool in its further development, ongoing maintenance, and regular release cycles.
Deine Skills
  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science or a comparable analytical field
  • You have over five years of professional experience in a similar role and are proficient in agile methodologies such as Scrum
  • Your analytical thinking, structured approach to work, and keen eye for quality, design, and processes set you apart
  • You work independently, take initiative, and maintain a clear overview even under pressure
  • You communicate clearly, listen actively, and enjoy collaborating in a team
  • Experience in the P&C (Property and Casualty) or commercial insurance sector is a plus
  • You are fluent in English, German is a plus
Deine Aufgaben
  • You will gather, analyze, and document detailed technical requirements and validate them in collaboration with stakeholders
  • You analyze existing and future processes and identify opportunities for optimization
  • You identify risks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement within existing and planned solutions
  • You conduct ad hoc analyses to understand and resolve operational issues or production problems
  • You oversee testing activities, assist with implementation, and ensure thorough tracking of all tasks
